Arrival and departure

Teams should plan to arrive on Friday, 24 March. A representative from each school must attend the Coaches meeting planned for 7pm hosted at The Yard. There will be optional podium training for WAG levels 5-8 and MAG levels 4-7. Overseas school podium training to start from 3pm. Coaches must supervise gymnasts at podium training. There is a gala dinner planned for Sunday, 26 March in the evening, therefore you should depart Singapore on Monday, 27 March. The Genting Hotel is approximately 40 minutes from Changi Airport, Singapore.

Coaches meeting

This will be held at The Yard on Friday, 24 March at 7pm. The Head Judge will be present to answer any queries.

Competition and Gala Dinner Venue

The gymnastics will take place at The Yard which has a small area for spectators on level 1 and a viewing gallery on level 2. The gala dinner will take place at TTS, teams will be bused from the hotel and back. Parents should collect students from either Gate A or B when the Gala Dinner has finished. Please note there is no parking at this gate. If you wish to park, please use Gate C and ask to be directed to The Nixon Building. The Gala Dinner will take place in The Moot on Level 5. 

Gala Dinner

The Gala dinner and awards presentation will take place at TTS on Sunday evening from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Overseas Gymnasts will be able to return to the hotel to change following competition. The theme for the gala dinner is Red and White. Following the Gala Dinner, students can be collected from either Gate A or Gate B at Tanglin Trust School. 


No flash photography to be used throughout the competition. There will be a photographer taking professional photographs of the gymnasts. These will be sent to participating schools after the meet.


Coaches will be provided with security passes and should wear these when entering The Yard and the competition area. These passes will enable the coaches to access the staff area and gymnast changing rooms. The gymnast changing rooms are restricted to gymnasts and coaches, no spectators permitted. All valuables should be left at the hotel, or placed in the lockers at the venue. Please note there are limited lockers available.


A commemorative t-shirt will be give to all participating gymnasts and coaches.


There will be a nurse stationed at the venue for the duration of the competition. Should we need to take a gymnast, spectator or other, we will use Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. Staff leads from their school are requested to ensure that they can provide full contact details and documents for insurance purposes and have the funds to cover the expenses incurred.


Transport is provided for visiting teams to and from the airport for those teams staying at The Genting Hotel, and to and from the hotel to the gala dinner. The competition venue is right next door to the hotel. If your school chooses to stay at a different hotel then an extra charge will be added for transport. Transport for visiting parents will only be provided if they arrive on the same flight as the team and must be booked in advance. Alternatively parents can take a taxi or get the MRT to Jurong East.
